managers and interested citizens in the U.S.-Mexico border region!

information on how to test your connectivity and set up for this briefing

The Climate Assessment for the Southwest, the National Center for
Atmospheric Research, and the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension
will be hosting the briefing on *Thursday May 21, 2009 at 10:00 A.M
***Pacific Daylight Time*.
The briefing will feature presentations by monsoon forecasters in the United
States and Mexico, followed by a question and answer period. We plan to
conduct most of the briefing in English, with brief summaries in Spanish.
This exciting meeting will be hosted online using the Breeze web
communication software! To view and participate in the briefing, *you will
need two pieces of free software to run the Breeze system: Macromedia Flash
and Shockwave. (free of charge); installing the necessary software will take
just a few minutes.* All you need is a microphone or speakers so you can
hear – the software and getting started PDF will help walk you through the
process.
