[Southern_AZ_MWS] Volunteer Opportunity - Tucson Regional Creekand Wash Cleanup Day (May 24th)

Event:  'Tucson Regional Creek and Wash Cleanup Day '  a part of National
River Cleanup (http://www.AmericanRivers.org/cleanup)

On May 24, 2008, the Tucson community will be conducting region-wide litter
pickup in some of our most precious creeks and washes as part of  National
River Cleanup.

Tucson cleanup events include:

    * Cienega Creek hosted by PAG and the Cienega Watershed Partnership 
      (flier  attached)
    *  Rincon Creek hosted by the Rincon Institute
    * Atterbury Wash & Lakeside Park hosted by Tucson Clean and Beautiful 

Plus each event will receive assistance from the Master Watershed Stewards
at the University of Arizona.
