There is a brand name "DIG" battery operated hose bib timer with
watering intervals up to 30 days. Uses a 9V alkaline battery. You
probably won't find it locally but it is available by mail order. Try
www.dripworksusa.com.
Most of the electronic irrigation clocks that run on house current have
intervals of 30m days or more. If this is the type you need, check with
a local irrigation store, one of the "Sprinkler World" stores, for
example.
